Deliveries outside the EU may be subject to an customs or import duties, we do not have control over this and all charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Exchanges and Returns
To refund an item please e-mail email@example.com for the returns address and state whether you require a refund or exchange.
Please note shipping costs are non-refundable. All items remain the responsibility of the customer until they are returned and received by us. When returning items we advise using a tracking service.
